Create a new repricer product - Seller Assistant API

Creates a new repricer product for the team.
If a product with the same key (team_id + asin + marketplace_id + sku) already exists, the request fails.

Failure cases (will return a formatted error):

Team usage limit exceeded (see /info for current limits)

Provided marketplace_id is not connected/allowed for the team

Invalid limits config (e.g., min_price > max_price, negative values, etc)

Unknown strategy_id, or a strategy of another team

Uniqueness violation: (team_id + asin + marketplace_id + sku) must be unique

Rate limit exceeded (applies to all requests; see TooManyRequests response)
