Start a price list analysis, from a file or from already-mapped JSON items

At minimum, the identifier (UPC/EAN/ASIN) and cost of goods columns must be mapped, either explicitly or by AI, otherwise a validation error is returned.items as an array of objects, each already mapped with identifier (required) and cog (required); title, supplier_sku and supplier_case_quantity are optional.
