Put a tag on products, or take it off them

The body names asin and marketplace_id pairs, because tags_products is keyed by those two columns and not by the product id. The remove flag turns the same call into an unassign.

This PUT does not replace the products of the tag. It adds the pairs of the body, or with remove: true it takes them off, and it leaves every other product of the tag as it is. The call is idempotent all the same: a pair that already carries the tag, or never carried it, changes nothing, and changed counts only the pairs the call really changed.
